About the event
From MVP to Market: The Dual-Track Product Strategy
The journey to bring a new medical device to market requires a robust strategy for Intellectual Property protection, product design, and manufacturing. Lloyd Marks faced the critical startup challenge of developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) suitable for investor presentations while simultaneously engineering a pre-production prototype ready for scale. He will share the crucial lessons learned and the successful dual-track strategy they employed to manage design complexity, secure IP, and prepare for funding.

The Product: The MGI Pulse Flowmeter is in its fifth generation, and the commercial product will represent a departure from the prior generations in that it will be small, portable, battery powered and wireless.
