Ukulele Summer Beginner's Jam @Safety Harbor Public Library

Beginner players can keep their skills fresh at the Library. Join Safety Harbor Library Outreach Librarian and Uke Player Desiree Spano to jam easy popular songs with music on the big screen! And volunteers Karen ?Errico, Tony DiGiorgio, Susie Evans and Jeff Hunt.

Practice, play and sing 2-4 chord songs in a group, and learn 2-3 new chords. Light refreshments served. Music displayed on large screen.

Songlist includes: Under the Boardwalk, Splish Splash, Down on the Corner, Walking on Sunshine, Sloop John B. (island strum), Shady Grove (double strum),Surfin' USA, Strumming My Cares Away, Memories are Made of This, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, This Train, Sugar Pie Honey Bunch, The Letter (The Box Tops), Old Time and Rock and Roll (picking), Paint It Black (strum).

There will be a few ukes available at the Library to play.
