Join Lee for a morning hike at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St. Petersburg.
Boyd Hill offers a really nice mix of Florida habitats, including pine flatwoods, scrub, hammocks, wetlands, boardwalks, and views near Lake Maggiore. The preserve has several interconnected trails, so Lee will be able to adjust the exact route based on trail conditions and the group’s pace. The official trail map shows multiple loops and connectors throughout the preserve.
Due to renovations, the nature center's exhibits are currently closed to the public. The preserve and trails remain open.

Please arrive with enough time to park, check in, and be ready to hike at 10:00 AM.

This should be a relaxed nature hike with plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy the scenery and wildlife.
