Joel and his wife Stephanie own **[The Lab](https://thelabtampa.com/)**, a local gym and dance studio built on heart, family, and movement.
I met Joel years ago when we were neighbors while my daughter was in high school. When our boxing gym closed, Joel didn’t let that stop anyone, he started outdoor boot camps to keep the group going.
Now, he and Stephanie have created a space where people come to feel better, body and soul. They’re both **UT grads**, parents of **five**, and Joel, a proud **veteran 🇺🇸**, still leads with that same steady, positive energy.
