Hatha Yoga is more than a way of stretching the body or becoming a little more flexible. Originally Hatha Yoga was taught as a method for genuine self-discovery and realization. In this class we will practice a form of authentic Integral Yoga where through resonance we accumulate certain energies into our being in order to come into a deep state of balance, harmony and connection with our inner most feminine nature.
In this class you will:

About the Facilitators
Iris has over 10 years of experience guiding womenโs groups, dance courses and is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher with Mahasiddha Yoga, Chiang Mai. She has a background in philosophy and peacebuilding before becoming a yogi over a decade ago. She has guided yoga sessions in retreats, private workshops and ongoing weekly courses for many years and is an example of how the system of integral yoga as a spiritual path can transform one's life and is passionate to share it with others who are thirsty for the genuine, authentic practice of yoga.
