Each Wednesday, we come together for a deep yet gentle journey—meditation, energy practices, and subtle communication exercises. We open our hearts, heal them, and share love and care with one another in a safe, warm atmosphere.

Through presence, sensitivity, and mindful connection, we cultivate a space where being seen and felt becomes natural, where giving and receiving flow effortlessly.
