This free online session is a grounded, modern introduction to embodiment and Tantra for real life — beyond myths, performance, or extremes.

No experience needed. Just curiosity.

In this session, we’ll explore:
• Why intimacy and desire often shut down in modern life
• How stress, trauma, and overthinking affect connection
• Why “talking about it” often isn’t enough
• How embodiment helps us feel safer, more present, and more alive

You’ll also be guided through a simple, gentle embodied practice to help you reconnect with sensation and presence in your body.

About the facilitator

I’m Ania — a mind-body and intimacy coach working with embodiment, nervous system regulation, and Tantra for real life.

My work focuses on helping people move from overthinking into feeling, from disconnection into presence, and from theory into lived experience.

At the end of the session, I’ll briefly share ways to continue this work for those who feel called — including a small 8-week online journey starting mid-April.
