What we're about

All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.

Join us for A Taste of Tantra community gathering for a monthly educational meet up of like-minded people willing to learn more about life, love and sex. We will use the foundations of yoga and tantra to explore the energy centers to heal past hurts, increase expressivity, deepen desire, strengthen our connections, increase intimacy and clarify our values and our intentions.

By joining the Taste of Tantra group, you will:

•deepen the appreciation of and learn to embrace your sexuality

•intensify the intimacy, connectedness and passion in your life and love

•expand the love and respect for yourself and embrace what makes you uniquely you

•make the connection between your strengths and challenges to the balance and blockages of your energy centers

•create balance in your life and in your body

•learn to communicate your needs and desires in a peaceful, open, and loving way

•discover how being more romantic throughout your day will enhance your lovemaking

•unveil the secrets to the best sex ever

Join us, every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9pm for a little yoga, a lot of fun and a more enlightened life. Sessions do have a planned agenda but serve as an open forum to address your questions and to share your stories and experiences.

Heather is a Licensed Social Worker, AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator, and Tantra and Yoga, RYT-200, teacher. Heather founded Sexuality Education and Counseling Services to provide comprehensive, honest and sex-positive health education and counseling that address the unique needs of the whole person, family and community.

Ultimately, these services instill a sense of empowerment that is needed to make healthy life decisions and embrace sexuality as something that is valued, respected and celebrated. Heather has studied extensively with some of the best and most well-known Tanrik's and Tantrika's including Dr. Judy Kuriansky, Laurie Handlers, Carla Tarantola, and Charles and Caroline Muir
