Meadow-Tation: Peace-Out with Horses

Details

Join the herd for a guided mindful and meditative experience -- all in the company of horses. This is an in-person event at Hudson Valley HorsePlay, Kerhonkson, NY. Can't make it? (A recording will be made available.)

Horses naturally embody the principles we might also consider:
*The learner's mind - horses are curious and all things are new . . . new moments are new!
*A non-judgemental environment - horses are impartial - without labels about what is right or wrong . . they simply allow things to be and make choices very simply based upon their own preferences.
*Getting settled - horses seek emotional and physical safety. When something feels right, they stick around. When it feels wrong, they move away - without guilt , grudge, shame or blame

A horse's presence, grace, and acceptance are gifts to us in our humanized world. All we have to do is show up:)
Come spend some time and see what resonates!
