Dine out at the new Plant Base Cafe

It's been along time since we've had a dine out together huh?!
Let's support the fully vegan, Plant Base Cafe.
They are located in the old Eske's building.
I have been working with Frank, the owner, to prep for our event. He is thinking he would like to serve our large group a planned meal verses us all ordering separately. He mentioned having a lasagna, salad and mozzarella balls, yet I got the sense that could change. I think we need to be flexible since they are just opening and all of their staff need to get adjusted....
