Share your own homebrew creations without any restrictions or frameworks.

同一類型交流(Style-Specific Exchange)：
大家釀造同樣類型的啤酒，由BJCP評審或是資深玩家擔任主持人，和大家一起閒聊、討論自釀啤酒各項可以注意的事情，未來也可以已小比賽的形式運作。
Everyone brews the same style of beer, with a BJCP judge or experienced brewer serving as the host. Together, the group will have a casual chat and discuss various details to look out for in homebrewing; this may also operate in the form of a small competition in the future.

▘活動流程 / Event rundown ▘
1. 個人興趣標籤 (5分鐘)
請每位成員在便條紙上寫下 3 個自己的興趣（例如：#啤酒、#吉他、#旅行）
2. 破冰與自我介紹 (5-10 分鐘)
3. 語言交換主時段 (90分鐘)
[第一節 30mins] 指定外語：針對每人便條紙上的三個興趣閒聊。
[第二節 30mins] 自由選擇：以「本週聊天主題」練習的語言，大家聊一下想討論的內容，可在進入主題前加深在地情感連結，為討論主題緩衝。
[第三節 30mins] 指定外語：回到練習模式，經過中文階段的暖身，這節通常會聊得更順暢。
4. 自由交流時段
參與者去找其他桌桌長，請教向他請教3個該桌語言的「日常問候語」和「簡單自我介紹」（如：我的名字是、我從哪裡來、我喜歡做什麼），並且讀給桌長聽，完成後拿到token，和老闆換小獎品。

Please write down 3 of your personal interests on a sticky note (e.g., #Beer, #Guitar, #Travel).
2. Ice-breaking & Introductions (5-10 mins)
3. Main Language Exchange Session (90 mins)
[Session 1 - 30 mins] Target Language: Based on the 3 interests shared on the sticky notes, the Host will guide everyone to ask questions and chat about these topics.
[Session 2 - 30 mins] Mandarin or Target Language: Practice the target language using the "Weekly Theme." Think about what you’d like to discuss; we encourage everyone to speak up. This is also a great time to build local connections and ease into the topic.
[Session 3 - 30 mins] Target Language: Back to practice mode! After warming up in Mandarin, this session usually flows much more smoothly.
4. Free Talk & Networking
Participants can visit other Table Hosts to learn 3 "Daily Greetings" or a "Simple Introduction" (e.g., My name is..., I’m from..., I like to...) in that table's language. Read them back to the Host to earn a Token, which can be exchanged with the Boss (Matt) for a small prize!

4. 自由交流タイム
他のテーブルのホストを訪ねて、そのテーブルの言語で「日常の挨拶」や「簡単な自己紹介」（例：私の名前は…、私は…から来ました、趣味は…です）を3つ教わってください。ホストの前で正しく読めたらトークンを差し上げます。トークンを集めて、店主（Matt）と小さな景品を交換しましょう！
