Learn to Hambo

Hambo is a 3-count dance that originated in Sweden. It is a popular dance at Nordic dances. The class is 3 session, January 16, 23 and Feb 6. Teaching will be done some evenings to live music and others to recorded music. The instructor, Steve Petersen, performs with Det Norske Folkedanslaget, the Twin Cities Swedish Folkdancers, and the North Star Nordic Dancers. Cost $5 per class; $12 if dancer stays for the Contra dance that follows ($10 members).
