Somatic Breathwork Journey - English Speaking

End the week by releasing stored stress from the body and clearing the way for what you want to breathe into your life. This is a 1 hour breathwork journey with time afterwards to process and integrate any insights and have the opportunity to share if you want to in a safe space.

I have found somatic breathwork to be a powerful and transformative experience. It’s a chance to reconnect with our body and mind in a safe and supported way, fully guided by me (a trauma therapist and breathwork practitioner), to release stress, trauma, and emotions from our body which may be manifesting in different ways, or limiting us.
The first half involves an energetic breathing technique which activates the nervous system and gives us the opportunity to become aware of, and clear out stored stress in the body.
The second half includes regulating breathing techniques, calming the nervous system and helping it to learn to manage stress without suppressing it.

The ceremony will take place in a beautiful large yurt at Wild House in La Peña, just outside Tarifa. I can arrange carpooling if needed.

There is a recommended donation of €30 for the session, or whatever you can comfortably give.

Do not eat anything for at least one hour before the session.

It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
