Directed by Zayne, a C-PTSD/NDE/TBI Survivor & Certified Peer Specialist, this weekly study group transforms our reading experience into a communal exploration of complex trauma’s impact and the practical tools for moving from survival into true thriving.

How to Join:

This group will last for up to 3 hours, including personal introductions, reading a chapter, sharing our journeys, studying the companion workbook, and doing the homework—for which you will also require a notebook.

The book (required) and workbook (optional) are available on Amazon or wherever books are sold. Please purchase and read the introduction.
