What we’re about
The Tarot Guild of Australia (TGA) represents a community of Tarot professionals, readers, teachers and enthusiasts.
The TGA is a membership-based organisation, offering those with an interest in Tarot the opportunity to become Interest or Professional Members. The Sydney group holds monthly meetings open to all, members and non-members of the Guild.
The primary aim of the TGA is to raise public interest and awareness of the Tarot, to promote the study of the Tarot, to maintain ethical standards in the practice of reading Tarot via professional certification and to provide a network for further education and sharing information amongst members.
The TGA offers Tarot events and workshops in major Australian cities and provides an opportunity to connect and network with like-minded individuals while learning about the Tarot.

As we identify the symbolic meaning of the Wheel of Fortune card as a group, we are guided to a clearer understanding. As we journal and gather knowledge, we look deeper into what the symbology represents to each of us. Knowing that we always have free will as the querent– we will investigate a particular course of action and explore possibilities. With self-reflection, we explore our thoughts and feelings of the possibilities. Exploring a spread and delving into what is hidden, what or who can offer encouragement and support and what to let go of. Once we have investigated and find a clearer interpretation, we will then offer a read to practice on another and receive a reading. We do not predict, but look at possibilities, remembering we always have free will.
Biography:
Maria Capone is a Professional Member of the Tarot Guild of Australia, State Co-ordinator Manager and current Committee Member. Maria has presented her insights at numerous Tarot Guild Sydney meetings. Maria is a natural intuitive guide and has been open to Spirit from a young age. Her studies and passion for meditation, psychic mediumship, numerology, shamanism, psychometry and floramancy, colour and energy healing such as Usui Reiki, spiritual healing and trance healing, have led her to connect with people on a deeper level through her intuitive healing work. Maria offers private readings, face to face, over the phone or video online, Australia wide and internationally.
