Cedar Falls Friday: New Hope 36.6mi @18-19mph

I plan to host regular Friday morning rides from Cedar Falls this summer, and this one is the first! We'll meet near the park's Weaver Dairy entrance.

Generally smooth effort; we'll regroup as necessary at the top of climbs. There will be an optional restroom stop at Blackwood Farm (21 miles in).

It is Tarwheels policy for all riders to sign the ride waiver before coming out to the ride.
