7:30AM sharp start to beat the heat from Eflands-Checks Community Center for 36 miles to with a quick stop at Corbett Ridge Grocery (at 19.6). Forecast start temperature of 75 degrees, sunny with light winds from the southwest. It will be hot with temperatures hitting 86 by 1, so bring lots of water.

General information: This ride is for those riders who are interested in a social ride, that is a bit more challenging than a C paced ride. Our goal is to average 15 to 16 miles per hour. This ride is not for the new or inexperienced rider. You should have a road bike, be able to follow a cue sheet, be comfortable riding in a group, and be familiar with pace line riding although the ride is not structured around a pace line.
