Weekday Scramble™ from Union Grove Church averaging 18’ish. Your choice to drive the pace, punch the hills or lie back and suck a wheel, just keep safe and the group together. Stopping at Filament Coffee (Mile 25.5) for refreshments. Feel free to take off and burn some calories for the last 5-7 miles back.
