Morning Scramble™ from Union Grove Church averaging 18'ish mph to a favorite stop in Hurdle Mills. Your choice to drive the pace or sit back and draft, just keep aware, safe and the group together. We'll stop at Flat River Cafe (Mile 26.1) for some biscuits and conversation. On the return, feel free to take off and burn those calories for the last 5-7 miles.
