Hi Tokyo foodies and Food lovers! Lets continue our cooking parties in Summer with a very Special and Traditional cold soup dish!

Its so hot in Tokyo, please welcome to cook and eat world famous cold soups in a professional and comfortable kitchen space in Ikebukuro!

Lets have a very tasty and light soup dish - Italian "GAZPACHO" with tomatos and Polish cold Soup or "CHLODNIK" with various fresh Vegetables and Keffir!

"GAZPACHO" is the most famous Italian cold soup made of tomato, cream and red pesto. We will garnish soup with some diced fresh pepper and cucumbers, a swirl of sour cream, or some homemade croutons, which is my favorite garnish.

"CHLODNIK" - is the traditional and refreshing Polish cold soup from red beat – is a delicious memory of the warm days of late spring and summer. It’s a promise of relief from the summertime heat, and a promise that’s delivered every time.

We will taste and learn how to prepare great and delicious cold soups and have a small Zubrovka alcohol tasting party on 30th July Sunday evening 5:30-8pm!! We will learn some secrets of Best Worlds Soup cooking!

We will taste the following dishes and drinks:

• Traditional Italian "GAZPACHO" with tomatos!
• Polish cold red beat Soup "CHLODNIK"!
• Traditional Polish Zubrovka alcohol tasting!

Lets meet, learn, cook and eat and DRINK traditional world famous dishes in our great and Kitchen Studio at IKe-Biz in Ikebukuro!

Our studio is fully equipped with all professional tools! There are 4 kitchen stove tops so if you want, you can join our cooking process whenever you want. Overall our cooking parties will be very informal, and friendly! We will chat, walk around, see the cooking process and have fun! Please welcome!

Our tutor Pavel will share traditional cooking method and share stories about world cooking Culture and Language while cooking!

During the cooking session lets chat and have fun! Here is the schedule:

17:30 - 18:00 - meet, chat, make friends;
18:00 - 18:30 - Appetizer time and Preparation;
18:30 - 19:00 - Cooking and Traditional cold soup and tasting;
19:00 - 19:45 - Eating time;
19:45 - 20:00 - chat, photo session and clean!

All the tools, food ingredients, kitchen ware, space rent are included in the price. All you need is just come, share culinary receipts and eat!

「クロドニク」 - レッドビートの伝統的でさわやかなポーランドの冷製スープ - 晩春から夏の暖かい日のおいしい思い出です。 それは夏の暑さから解放されるという約束であり、毎回果たされる約束です。

私たちのスタジオにはプロ仕様のツールがすべて完備されています。 キッチンにはコンロが4つあるので、いつでも調理に参加できます。 全体として、私たちのクッキングパーティーは非常にカジュアルでフレンドリーなものになります。 おしゃべりしたり、歩き回ったり、調理工程を見たりして、楽しい時間を過ごしましょう！ よろしくお願いします！

料理セッション中は、おしゃべりしながら楽しく過ごしましょう！ スケジュールは次のとおりです。
