About us

Come together to enjoy an evening of delicious food and wine and good conversation. Set in a cozy location. Four course meal changes for every event. Wine pairing included. Event starts 2025 and will take place 3-4x a year.

Ein gemütlicher Abend mit kulinarischen Highlights und guten Gesprächen. Das fixe Menü mit 4 Gängen wechselt jedesmal, dazu werden ausgesuchte Weine serviert. Das Event startet 2025 und findet 3-4x pro Jahr statt.

1st course: Trout mit red beet and radicchio salad and blood oranges (Veggie course available, state when registration)
2nd course: Pasta with saltwort and thyme
3rd course: Roasted red cabbage on whipped feta
4th course: Citrus cream with herb sorbet and shortbread
