Four course meal, seasonal & mostly vegetarian, wine pairing (selection and introduction by a certified wine academic) with regional wines, small group of friendly people
140 chf per person
4 course meal with aperitif, wine pairing and coffee
100 chf per person without wine

1st course: endive, citrus, almonds
2nd course: red cabbage, feta, lemon
3rd course: smoked char, lentils, lime
4th course: dark chocolate, hazelnuts, orange
(3rd couse option with cauliflower instead of fish for a vegetarian option. Please specify when registering.)
Note: Additional beverages can be ordered and paid during the event.

Event language: mostly German (English translation at times possible)
