Four course meal, seasonal & mostly vegetarian, wine pairing (selection and introduction by a certified wine academic) with regional wines, small group of friendly people

4 course meal with aperitif, wine pairing and coffee

90 chf per person without wine
Wine can be purchased by the glass at the event.

Menu (subject to change)
1st course: Trout mit red beet and radicchio salad and blood oranges (Veggie course available, state when registration)
2nd course: Pasta with saltwort and thyme
3rd course: Roasted red cabbage on whipped feta
4th course: Citrus cream with herb sorbet and shortbread
