What we’re about
Step into a unique breathwork experience inspired by various themes and soundtracks. This guided Pranayama breathwork session weaves pranayama breathwork with iconic melodies to create a powerful emotional arc—from grounding and expansion to release and deep integration.
If you've never experienced pranayama breathwork, it's a quick-mouth breathing pattern that you follow while laying on your back. It's a fun and safe way to enjoy an altered state.
Through music, breath, and community, you’ll be invited to:
🌬️ Connect to your breath as an anchor for presence and release
💫 Awaken joy, playfulness, and courage through musical storytelling
🌱 Let go of emotional weight and open your heart
🫧 Land softly in a state of peace, clarity, and connection
This circle is for anyone craving a soulful reset, whether you're new to breathwork or experienced. No singing required—just your breath, your body, and a willingness to feel.
Events will be outside in the evening, so dress WARMLY (think socks, stretchy pants, sweatshirt).
What to bring: yoga mat, light blanket, water, journal, and an open heart.
What to expect: 75 minutes of guided breathwork, curated soundtracks, gentle facilitation, and space for integration.
Investment: $30

This month, I am using the timeless soundtrack of The Sound of Music to speak to your inner child and bring about warm feelings of nostalgia.

I have realized the need for activities that lift women up and help them process stress (hence, a small, communal circle and breathwork) along with some education about how herbs can help with these shifts.
