Come join us at the Fringe Club for a night of improvised fun! Our talented performers will be playing a fully improvised musical of looooove! It will be an evening full of characters and silliness, everything created on the spot based entirely based on your suggestions. You never know what hilarious songs will be sung or what crazy characters will come to life - in fact neither do the performers! Each performance is entirely unscripted. An improv jam is a fun inclusive event where absolutely all are welcome, no improv experience required. We all play some improv games together, have some laughs, meet other improvisers and generally be merry.
Whether you've taken improv classes before or you will be dipping your toes into improv for the first time, we'll be happy to play with you.
Note:
- Session will start promptly at 7pm, we highly recommend arriving 15 mins early to be ready to begin
- This is not a show/performance/open mic night - you will be joining as a participant in games
- This is not a workshop/class - the focus is more on play than learning
- Wear something comfortable as you will be moving around
- Tickets go on sale 1 week prior to event.

Maybe you're an actor looking to train up on ever popular improv skills? Needing help with public speaking?
Just wanting to be comfortable not knowing what'll happen next?Whoever you are, whatever your background, if you're wanting to learn the skills of improv from the start and to be left with a solid grounding in improv, then this is the course for you.
Over 8-weeks, discover - through the supportive, collaborative process we call improv performance - how to create stories, characters and ideas to captivate an audience right before their eyes. Develop those public speaking skills to allow easier and more natural dialogs with your audience. Learn how to relish the opportunity to embrace the unexpected!

Our courses and classes have 2 defining numbers. The first number defines the level.
100 series - Introductory
200 series - Intermediate
300 series - Advanced
etc.
Then the 01, 02, 03 etc. defines the type of class.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes as we will stand and be active.
Ages 16+. All are welcome, no previous improv experience required.
