​​State surveillance is nothing new but in the United States like in France, we experience increasing surveillance, partially because of technological advances. But who are those new tools experimented on and who benefits from them?
​Mathieu Rigouste tries to answer those questions by infiltrating Milipol, a global trade show for homeland security, to interview leaders of surveillance and weapons industry, then by having a conversation with activists who have been victimes of state surveillance and repression.
