Building your first GraphQL application with Play and Sangria.
We'll quickly go over the main GraphQL concepts first, then start implementing a simple GraphQL endpoint with Sangria/Play. We'll add authentication and authorization to the GraphQL endpoint and explore other features such as making batch requests and adding metrics to queries etc. This will be more of a practical talk on how things get done with Sangria.

Also, big news in the Scala ecosystem. Dotty will become Scala 3: http://www.scala-lang.org/blog/2018/04/19/scala-3.html. We will discuss and I will have code examples, visual aids, and other materials.
