Over the past four years, the world has responded to multiple public health crisis. There have been remarkable innovations related to the pandemic and the mental health crisis. But what happens if people are unable to access these innovations because of technology issues?

This conversation will touch on user experience and technology strategies that can be used to spread awareness, including aspects of physical, media, localization, and educational information, all tailored to meet people where they are—providing help to them and their loved ones exactly when and where it's needed most.
