Every Tuesday at 3:30 PT, James Brewer teaches one multifamily topic live for 20 minutes. Then you get about 10 minutes to ask your own questions.
James buys, renovates and runs apartment buildings in the Midwest, with his own property management team in Milwaukee. The lessons come from his buildings, including the deals that didn’t go to plan.
Topics change every week: pricing a building per door, reading a broker’s numbers, master lease with option to purchase, what to check before you close, running the building after you buy it.
Who it’s for: people who want to buy their first apartment building, and people who own a few small rentals and want to go bigger. You don’t need experience. Bring a question.
