Deneb, the Star of Data Visualization

Ben Ferry will present Deneb; In particular, Deneb is a powerful custom visualization in Power BI, which allows us to build precise bespoke visualization without the limitations of standard Power BI visuals. However, there is a learning curve to overcome.

This session helps break down that barrier and show the steps to being proficient in the required skills are not that steep.

We will look at the first steps into Vega-Lite, one of the languages used in Deneb, and break down the basic components needed to build your first visuals and beyond.

Level Up Power BI Dashboard Storytelling with DataViz Tools

Pelin and Ioannis will present DataViz tips and guidelines applicable in Power BI.

The Reply offices – that are including TD Reply – are in Lützowstr. 106, 10785 Berlin.

The closest subway station is Gleisdreick. You need to enter through Lützowstr. There is a passage between the front of the buildings; in the passage, you will see on the right side of the wall white logos, including Reply. The main entrance is past the car barriers and the smoker zone, where the wall with the vertical garden is, on the right through glass doors.

You will need to go to the 10th floor with any of the elevators.
