Tasting selection

A guided tasting of exceptional teas, including aged pieces and more recent productions for comparison.

Some examples of teas include:

• Oriental Beauty (aged approx. 15 years)
• White tea with natural citrus notes
• Dong Ding from the 1980s
• High mountain oolong from the 1980s
• LuGuanYin from the 1980s
• Modern equivalents of these tea families
• Oolong aged in dried mandarin (traditional aromatic style)

Some of the teas presented come from very small productions and are mainly circulated within private collections.

All teas will be prepared using traditional Gongfu Cha methods, with multiple short infusions to explore their evolution over time. Snacks and dumplings will be included.

Une dégustation guidée de thés d’exception, incluant des pièces anciennes ainsi que des productions plus récentes pour comparaison.

Exemples de thés inclus :

• Oriental Beauty (âgé d’environ 15 ans)
• Thé blanc aux notes naturelles d’agrumes
• Dong Ding des années 1980
• Oolong de haute montagne des années 1980
• LuGuanYin des années 1980
• Équivalents modernes de ces familles de thés
• Oolong vieilli dans de la mandarine séchée (style aromatique traditionnel)

Certains des thés présentés proviennent de très petites productions et circulent principalement au sein de collections privées.

Tous les thés seront préparés selon les méthodes traditionnelles du Gongfu Cha, avec de multiples infusions courtes afin d’explorer leur évolution dans le temps. Des collations et des raviolis seront inclus.
