What we’re about
This meetup is brand-new! The goal is to create a space for educators to create community and brainstorm ways to make an impact, especially with recent federal actions that are impacting our students. The title says younger educators because there seems to be a gap with organizations for those of us in our 20's/30's, but all are of course welcome.
Potential meeting topics would include:
-Phone calls and writing to legislators
-Sharing information with one another and connecting each other with work being done by other activist organizations, info about local events, etc.
-Brainstorming ways to best help our students during this time
