The What and Why about Types in Programming Languages

The Advanced Classes provided by Codaisseur are individual one-day monthly classes part of the Acceleration Program, though each class can also be attended individually. Advanced Classes will give you extensive additional knowledge to become a better software developer.

24 unique lessons in total, one per month, meant to accelerate your learning and enable you to understand and practice on more languages and topics such as Testing, OO Design, TDD, refactoring and more. You will learn about Object oriented programming, imperative programming, functional programming, data structures like trees and maps and how they manage to solve different kind of problems.

The first 6 lessons are on Programming Languages and Data Structures. What different programming languages are there, and what are they good at? What are common structures? How can I solve problems in different ways, with different languages and structures?

Each day will have a group exercise and a lecture, plus individual exercises and coaching. This is also the place to get guidance from experienced software developers to apply in your daily work.

*** The topic of this Advanced Class will be "The what and why about Types in programming languages, and some stuff about pointers", during which we will cover procedural programming, typing and some C programming and IOT (we'll have some fun with Arduino as well!). ***
