We will explore the mechanisms of the 3D personality mind (Ego), including memory storage, internal layers of perception, and interferences. The Mind Mastery series helps to gain a deeper understanding of how the 3D mind consciousness interprets the limited perception of Ascension, awakening, and emotional intelligence (mind/heart interface). When advanced souls began to incarnate in two-stranded DNA consciousness (and a physical body on the Earth), the pain of separation from the Eternal Source was devastating to the human collective soul. The Guardians recall seeds of fear entering the collective human mental grid and recorded the step-down frequencies into the Three Aspects of the 3D Personality Mind (or Ego).
