January CoP Gathering

We are excited to host the January gathering of a Community of Practice of people who are passionate about evolving organizations to reflect our emerging human consciousness.

This month we will be exploring "What are the best leadership practices to support the development of teal organizations"?

We will begin the conversation assuming a general level of knowledge that includes at least having read Frederic Laloux's book and focus on the actual practice of developing "teal" organizations. (If you haven't read the book but would like to get a 10-minute summary of the main concepts, we recommend checking out this video.)

The format of the evening will be primarily interactive and participatory and consist mostly of small and whole group dialogues where we will explore some key questions, challenges and opportunities that are showing up in our work around this theme.

Spaces are limited, but if we fill up quickly we will look for a bigger space. And we are planning to host more of these gatherings, so if you can't make this one look for our February CoP announcement!
