Pre Teal’s workshop in-person Meetup (at North Lodge Cafe)

We are not the best time keepers :-) but usually arrive within 30mins of the scheduled start time. And we always keep each other updated in the event's comment section!

*we have changed the Meetup location to North Lodge Cafe on the edge of Brompton Cemetery and a 5min walk from Earl’s Court and West Brompton stations. After the Meetup we will walk to the venue of Teal’s in-person London Workshop (10min walk). • What we'll do
The objective of the group is to facilitate a space for attendees to support each other by sharing and connecting with others. The format of the Meetup is flexible and adapts according to the constellation of people at a given Meetup and the needs of the attendees.

Sometimes a theme will be discussed for part of the time. Themes have been based on the Ask Teal videos which Teal posts weekly. Other times people have brought exercises to share which others are welcome to participate in or not. In the past these have included, cards, writing, drawing, a game, a guided meditation and even a little bit of movement or yoga. Sometimes we just have a chat and walk in the park.

Yourself! and anything you wish to share with others e.g. books, articles, art and mediations that inspire you.

• Important to know
