Pre-Foreclosure or Short Sale? Short Sale, of course! (In-Person)

This month Mike Middleton, our guest speaker and Short Sale expert, will teach us how to do Short Sales.

He will define what a Short Sale is (which is the most important thing for sellers and investors to understand). Then he’ll explain the benefits of choosing the Short Sale route instead of Foreclosure. This helps with getting Pre-Foreclosure homeowners on board.

Next, Mike will go over strategies on how to target potential sellers who are in Pre-Foreclosure and how to navigate the initial conversation with them (the Short Sale seller script).

And finally, he’ll show us how to process Short Sale deals with examples highlighting the property acquisition, short sale facilitation, rehab, and eventual sale to an end-buyer.
