AgileHuman 7 - PERSONAL AGILITY

“How agile are Agile Coaches?” - was raised by Baker in his post series about “Agilifying Agile Coaches”.

Personal Agility usually means discovering Agile methodologies for personal use. This is why people talk about personal scrum, personal kanban, to use agile practices, and tools to solve everyday problems. Some people try to bring Agile closer to traditional project managers in this way. But is there Agile beyond tools and practices? What is beyond methodologies?

  • What does your agility mean for you personally?
  • How are you with your personal development and learning? How conscious are you in this field? Do you have a vision of your growth?
  • How important is self-reflection in your own development? How much time do you spend on it? Or you rather let your life blow you away with everyday tasks and problems?
  • How do you work with your shadow?
  • How deep do you dive in self-reflection? Are you connected with your depth, with your unconscious? Are you in good relationship with each other?
  • How flexible are you? How resilient are you? Are you good in communication?
  • Are you connected to your own feelings and emotions, and that of others? Can you talk about your feelings? How do you process what is really hard to?
  • Do you feel well in the world of interpersonal communication and interaction - that is: among people?

What do you think, how are these questions connected to the Agile Manifesto and the Principles behind it?

THE HUMAN SIDE OF AGILE
We all know that many attempts at agile transformation fail. We also know that one of the main reasons for this is that consultants and organizations either underestimate the importance of culture and the human factor, or are aware of it, yet they are not able to complete the transformation well.

The previous meetups were dedicated to the main topics related to the human side of agile. It is also an introductory series of events for the international online AgileHumanCon unconference in September.

Volunteer helpers and sponsors are welcome.

The language of the meetup is English.
