Bottle of water
Muay Thai Shorts are compulsory as they are sports specific! Can be worn over leggings. Please do not wear unsuitable clothing such as track & field shorts, surf or board shorts, tracksuit bottoms etc. MMA Shorts are acceptable as they have enough stretch for splits flexibility & splits training

Note: If you arrive late, please dress in and join the class straight away. Do not keep the class or your training partner waiting. If you need to leave early just slide out and let your training partner or Instructor know
