Thurs we are in the Sports Hall, Court 4. Please ask front desk staff to point you in right direction

What's involved:

  • Hone Elbow strikes
  • Drill Knee combos
  • Condition Clinch techniques
  • Develop Boxing hand speed

What you'll need:

  • Decent pair of Trainers! This will be on flat surface with no mats, good sports trainers are essential!
  • Also bring following equipment; Handwraps, Gloves, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you). Shinguards are not required for this class

There is Sparring in this class. Although light & controlled sparring there are always risk of injury like with every contact sport. Please be mindful of this before RSVP'ing ๐Ÿ™
