Team, if you're able please arrive early to help set up mats. It's a lot faster set-up when everyone chips in ๐
Mondays we are in the large Sports Hall. Ask staff at front desk to point you the way
Muay Thai Padwork
What's involved:
- Thai Pads workout
- Improve Kick Strength & Power
- Body Conditioning with Pads
- Clinch Sparring
What you'll need:
- Bring all your equipment; Gloves, Shinguards, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you)
Muay Thai like all martial arts carry risk of injury. If you are not willing to accept liability and responsibility for these risks please do not RSVP
