We know the time is a bit tricky for many of you, but please try to arrive by 6:00PM to start warming up (running a few laps on the track). We will do the speed workout sessions on the tracks after the warm-up. This will be a great way for you to improve your pace for the long runs.

Please check the map ahead of time and arrive early to find the new location. You can park for free on wellington street or pond lane behind the tennis court. Please make sure to not block any driveways or disturb the neighbors.

Please note that Mass Ave traffic can be really BAD. Prepared for a longer commute to this spot.

If you are taking the subway (recommended) you can walk about 1.2 miles along the minuteman trail from Alewife T stop to the start/end location. You can cut across the Spy pond field from Minuteman to 37 Wellington Street. Google map can also show you bus options.

Logistics for the race day

• Runners: please try to arrive by 6:30AM to avoid delays, especially if you are picking up the bib on Sunday. Make sure to follow the pre-race briefing notes for leading up to the race date and follow coach's advice for staying warm.

• Please wear layers of cloth to stay warm. Try to wear our orange shirts on top if you have it so that we can spot each other :-) . Check the weather a day before race to prepare for how many layers you will need.

• Anyone who is driving, please remember that many of the main streets will be closed and you will have to drive around a bit to find parking and meeting locations. Check the race website for the latest update on the parking.

Approximate timeline for cheering squad
