TB4E Weeks 3 - Is Your Character Ready for What You're Building?
Your skills may open the door—but what will help you carry the responsibility on the other side?
Greater opportunity can bring greater pressure, visibility, and influence. As your business grows, your decisions affect more people—and success can expose areas of your character that still need attention.
This week, Team Blessing 4 Entrepreneurs will explore character capacity: becoming someone who can carry responsibility and success with integrity, humility, and faithfulness.
Together, we’ll consider how God uses everyday decisions, relationships, challenges, and correction to shape who we are becoming.
We’ll explore questions such as:
🟦 What happens when our skills and opportunities grow faster than our character?
🟥 What do pressure, disappointment, and success reveal about us?
🟩 How do we respond when God exposes an area that needs growth?
🟨 What does integrity look like in our promises, finances, and treatment of people?
🟪 How can we welcome accountability and practice faithfulness before greater responsibility arrives?
This is an interactive gathering. Expect biblically grounded teaching, honest conversation, personal reflection, and a practical step you can apply during the week. You’ll have space to share your experiences and learn alongside other faith-aligned entrepreneurs, investors, leaders, and builders.
Our goal is to become more Christlike as we build—so that the people affected by our leadership benefit from our growth.
