🧑‍💻 Live Coding with AI: Slack Team Check-In Bot

In this first live coding session, we’ll begin building the Slack Team Check-In bot based on the outcomes of our earlier planning session. This tool will prompt team members daily to share their mood, blockers, highlights, and hero shoutouts — then summarize it all in charts and leaderboards.

🔧 What we’ll work on live might change based on the outcomes of the planning session. The preliminary plan is:

• Setting up the Flask backend and Slack integration
• Defining the basic question/response logic
• Creating initial message formatting and scheduling
• Prompting Claude, Codapt, or GPT-4o for building blocks
