This meetup is for bringing together the people interested in crafting better ways of working for Agile teams. It is about taking learnings from the stories of success and failure, also about pushing the boundaries of the existing approaches and breaking rules.
We want to listen to the perspectives of team leaders and managers in tech, agile coaches, individual contributors and non-technical stakeholders.

We’re back to continue building the Slack Team Check-In bot — and this time, we’re summarizing the user input and displaying the insights.
In this second live coding session, we’ll expand on the bot’s foundation by adding features that turn responses into meaningful feedback for teams.🔧 What we’ll work on live might change based on the outcomes of the planning session. The preliminary plan is:
- Storing and organizing daily check-in responses
- Generating simple mood charts for the team
- Creating a leaderboard for weekly “heroes”
