I created this group so we find someone to run or hike with in the Meyers area and surrounding!
We all have individual paces, experiences and goals, but sometimes it's nice to just get out with a group
Mindful - Id like to keep the group atmosphere positive and free of discrimination and politics. I reserve the right to remove anyone from this group at will.

LoopHead out on this 2.9-mile loop trail near Echo Lake, California. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 52 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking, running, and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. This route takes you around the Tahoe Paradise Park area. This park's highlight is Lake Baron, which provides a great fishing spot and opportunities for paddle boarding or kayaking. On the lake is the famous 1000-year-old Juniper Tree, an excellent place for photos. Make sure you start early and bring sun protection for your hike.
Dogs are invited on leash and mostly quiet please so we can visit! Don't assume everyone wants to meet your dog. I do though :--)
The parking is $4.
