This circle is open to everyone. All meditation practice levels, including beginners, are welcome.

Circle Overview: This 1-hour session is a guided meditation and discussion time which will help you ground yourself, remove negative energy, and connect with your divine inner self. The following areas of focus are part of this gathering:

  • Clear your chakras, aura and energetic field.
  • Remove low vibrational energies.
  • Learn how to ground yourself.
  • Connect with your inner being.
  • Release stuck energies and replenish with high vibrational energy.
