This is a hands-on online workshop where we will build an AI sourcing assistant together in real time. You will build an agent that will help you write effective messages tailored to each candidate.

The messages will be personalised. But most importantly, they'll be relevant for each candidate. Because relevance beats personalisation every time.

For this workshop you do not need any coding skills. In fact, all you need is your laptop and curiosity. At best, a paid ChatGPT or Claude account would be helpful to follow along and build along as we go.

By the end of the session you will have your own working assistant that can help you with sourcing tasks.
