What we’re about
The Social Dilemma Netflix documentary has been released in the midst of a global pandemic, unprecedented mobilizations for racial justice, and major elections. As many of us look to certain technology platforms for much-needed connection and solutions, their unchecked, largely-unknown power undermines our democracy, human rights, mental health, and free will.
Now is the moment to come together to reimagine a more humane future. Even though this problem is nearly invisible, the solutions are all around us. Calling all citizens, parents, siblings, children, students, teachers, designers, advertisers, technologists and regulators to come together with us, to take action to change the way technology is designed, regulated and used. Because this dilemma impacts us all, we are truly in this – and can solve this – together.
