Jobs in Software Development in Belgium

An online session, hosted by a software engineer for everyone in the software development world.

The goal: Give everyone working in a software development context (including non-dev tech roles) the opportunity to find jobs, share ideas, ask questions, get feedback and connect with like-minded people.

The session is in English.

In this session, each person will be given the time to explain their context and ask the question(s) they most want to answer. Even if we don't find answers to all questions during the session, we will offer opportunities to connect with one another outside of sessions to continue finding answers.

How we work:

0. We ask to get to know you(r questions) by filling out a short form before you join. This helps us prepare answers.

1. Sessions are hosted by a software engineer. Not a company, not a salesteam, not recruiters.

2. Trying to sell something to our members and self-promotion are not permitted. Opportunities beneficial to the group and its members will be integrated naturally beforehand. If you have new ideas to pitch, contact the host privately.

3. It's an open/round table with strong focus on each individual. We expect everyone to engage, and support one another actively when it's not your turn.

4. At most 5 people (+ organizer) are allowed in a session to guarantee that everyone gets a focused opportunity to talk and ask questions.

5. Respect for others, and equal opportunities, are required.

6. No matter your age, gender, background or experience (or lack thereof), you are welcome.

The session will last one hour, but the host may choose to be available for longer.
